I don't know that much about being pregnant, but i do know that everythin you decribed, it sounds like you're pregnant to me. The spotting, the breast tenderness, and the fatigue. My advice would be go and see a doctor , to make sure, or go and get a home pregnancy test, before you go to the doctor.
