Some women get spotting when implantation occurs, and cramping is an early pregnancy sign. But you can also have both (spotting and cramping) just before your period. I used an OPK (ovulation predictor) and they are fairly reliable, but once you get a positive, she can ovulate anywhere from 12-36 hours after the surge. If you guys made love at the right time, she might be pregnant. AS blood test (at the doctors) would show it now. Otherwise she has to wait until she misses her period and then test with a home pregnancy test. Good Luck and I hope you guys get what you want!
