: Hello. I am now beginning to realise that I am maybe not pregnant.

: I am not trying, but I had a false positive urine test (apparantly they are more common than people believe) in early October and after several blood and many urine tests I still think that I am.

: It is now March and I hadn't taken a test for three months, until now.
: It was a urine test that detects HcG levels of 20-25. I didn't take it with first-morning urine. It was negative.
: Are HcG levels high enough by 20 or more weeks to detect pregnancy without first-morning urine?

: Does this negative test confirm that I am not pregnant?

: Some people will think I am worrying about nothing, but can you please still reply to this question?

: Thanks.

you are not pregnant by 20 weeks you would be able to test positive in the middle of the day with a 100 hcg test, by now you would also be starting to feel the baby move
