at 36 weeks, i don't think there is a sleeping position that helps. you are almost there! i had my baby at 38 weeks, a lot of women don't go the entire 40 weeks, so who knows! you might go into labir soon. at 37 weeks the baby is considered full term. as for the peeing, the baby is on top of the bladder, so anything you drink goes right through! :) I was the same at the end of the pregnancy, not enough sleep, nervous and anxious! The sleep issues will only get worse when the baby comes, so get ready for being even more tired! sorry, it is rough, but there is no other way and everyone goes through it at the end! have a safe delivery and best wishes.
