help me

I am eighteen years old and in alot of trouble. I found out yesterday that I am pregnant from one of those at home pregnancy pee in a cup tests bought at wal mart. I really have no clue what to do and right now abortion seems like my only answer...but how can i abort when my best friend just lost his baby due to a miscarriage. I'm just eighteen and a freshman at college and my parents want to move to Qatar. I can't tell them what has happend. I need advice. I need advice desperatly. I just need someone to listen to me.

Please. Help me.
