Yes, you leak before you come and NO, you won't be able to feel it. Pre-cum has sperm and she could have gotten pregnant although you pulled out. The withdraw method doesn't work and many girls get pregnant every year because they thing "my boyfriend didn't come inside me, I am ok"! When really, they are not! Ask her to take a test. is she late?
