could i be preagnant?

look im not looking for pity im only sventeen and my bf of 7 months and i had unprotected sex it was the first time i had unprotected sex and usually im so careful. i hadnt had a period in 2 months im so nervous! ive taken two exams and they both are negative but still no period. i need to see a doc i know but im scared my bf is a twin and so is his mom and my sister are twins what would i do with twins!!! help! is it possible im preagnant!
